Dear customer, thank you for buying this product.

  • By registering your product within 14 days of purchase, Sharp will give you an extra 6 months warranty for free, extending the cover to 18 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required for any in-warranty claims.
  • This warranty for this product sold in the UK or ROl is granted bySharp Consumer Electronics Poland sp. z o.. with it's registered seat at: Ostaszewo 57b, 87-148 pocta tysomice, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court in Torun, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, at KRS No. 0000255768, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 879-24-81-113, REGON (National Business Registry Number): 340166160, share capital PLN 268.895.500 (paid in full) (the "SCEP"), via your retailer.
  • This device will be covered under warranty for 12 months from its date of purchase.
  • In order to execute rights from the warranty, the customer needs to submit this warranty card together with the proof of purchase to the dealer that sold the device. The proof of purchase must show the details of the seller, the subject of sale, the date of sale, which is legible, without any deletions or changes.
  • The warranty does not cover damage, incorrect power supply usage, incorrect unloading, negligence or incorrect use, alterations or interface carried out by unauthorized technicians or by the consumer, faulty maintenance, or other causes not attributable to manufacturing defects of the device.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the device, especially in case use for non-domestic purposes and alterations and / or adaptations necessary for countries or regions, for which it was not originally designed. This warranty does not apply if the product type or serial number or date of its production has been altered, deleted, removed or is illegible.
  • We are not responsible for damages directly or indirectly caused by people, pets or objects, neither for inadequate or abusive use, if the damage was consequence of failure of all instructions listed in the manual, particularly recommendations for installation, use and maintenance of the device. We are not responsible in case the customer undertook the repair on his own.
  • The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the consumer rights arisen from the provisions on warranty for defects of the item sold.
  • In case of the defect, the consumer has claim for device repair. In case the repair is not possible, the device will be replaced or the paid price will be returned to the consumer.
  • Before submitting a claim and applying the warranty, customer must first read the chapter Troubleshooting* in user guide of the product. If customer cannot solve the problem, the customer should contact the dealer or guarantor that sold the device in order to ask for the repair/replacement/credit of defective device.
  • If the customer claims defects excluded from warranty, service center reserves the right to have all costs associated with transport ("to" and "from" customer) reimbursed by the customer. Usual market price for this type of services will be used as a base for calculation of costs.
